Vortex industrial products, UK has introduced Quick-Wrap for industrial, engineering   and automotive applications. Quick-Wrap repair bandage is made from knitted Aramid fibre that    gives it the malleability to be stretched and formed to allow repairs to be made on corner joints, elbows and other awkwardly shaped pipefittings. It has a curing time of less than ten minutes and is designed to repair cracks, leaks, fractures and casting and corrosion porosity in metal (ferrous and non-ferrous), plastics and concrete and asbestos-clad piping. In addition, it has good temperature and chemical resistance and is supplied on a roll in two sizes: 75mm x 2.75m and  50mm x 1.5m. Vortex has recently forged partnership with Rand Polyproducts Pvt Ltd, to develop the range in India.
