Introduction

The sheet production lines are backed by proven experience of over a decade, the state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities, latest technological advancements, stringent in-house quality standards and unmatched after sale services from a qualified team of professionals. These sheet lines have earned credit of being undisputed market leader and enjoy 80% of total market share in India because of outstanding attention to the minutest details and rigorous selection of international brands of Pneumatic/Electrical/ Mechanical components.

Designed for absolute ease of operation, the sheet lines are available in a host of configurations to suit individual customers requirements with output ranging from 60 kg./hr. to 350 kg./hr. and width ranging from 400 mm to 1000 mm for processing various polymers like HIPS, GPPS, PP, HDPE, PVC, ABS, PET and chemically foamed LDPE. The die is computer designed made on a CNC machining center, with highly streamlined fish tail flow path which is precision ground and hard chrome plated and polished to mirror finish with manually adjustable flexible lips to offer the best performance giving perfect sheet surface within closest tolerances. External deckles are provided to reduce die-opening width. Dies with interchangeable lips and restrictor bar are also available.

The indigenously developed computer designed co-extrusion feed block is precision built with unmatched surface finish and facilitates the melt flow coming from different extruders to be arranged in layered structure and has external arrangement to adjust the melt stream paths individually to suit different melt viscosities. Specifications: Max. sheet width - 530 mm Sheet range - 0.3 mm to 2.0 mm Max. output - 60 to 225 kg./hr Power: 15 to 45 kw Total Load: 35 to 129 kw Dimensions (LxWxH) (mts.) - 6.3 x 3.5 x 2.5 to 12 x 4.0 x 2.5 Depending upon model, screw dia/ length/ speed the specifications would vary. All output data relates to extrusion of HIPS/ GPPS.
