Introduction

This convenient mix contains good quality vermicelli, milk soilds, sugar and flavours to suit Indian palate. Roasting and pre-cooking of vermicelli and hot-air dehydration are intrinsic to processing of this kheer mix. The product requires to be simmered in hot water for 5-6 minutes with occasional stirring to yieid tasty vermicelli kheer.
