Introduction

The product is prepared by adequately softening the pulses through hydro-thermal gelatinization prior to dehydration. The preparation is garnished with spices and condiments besides oil hydro. The product requires simmering in hot water for 8 minutes for reconstitution and serves as an ideal food adjunct with regular cereal staples during lunch and / or dinner.
