Introduction

Spices and seasoning are essential components of curries but their preparation for use is highly cumbersome and requires expertise in culinary practices. Curry paste concentrate has all the ingredients such as onion, garlic, an artful mix of spices and condiments, salt and vegetable fat, required to season any vegetable curry preparation. The concentrate is shelf stable and can be mixed with any cooked vegetable along with warm water (70GC) to yield an instant vegetable curry.
