The process involves the following steps:

Bacterial spawn -- first grade seed -- second grade seed -- enzymatic reaction with material compound -- enzyme free -- decolorise -- aseptic air preparation -- air pressure machine -- filter (waste residue) -- crystallise -- separate -- wash -- dry -- inspection -- packing


The quality of this product is up to the standard of AJI 88.
