Digital Moisture Probe

Introduction

It is based on conductance variation technique. The instrument comprises mainly an analog unit and a digital unit. The meter uses a micro-controller, for controlling complete meter functioning. The sensing system consists of a moisture sensing resistiive transducer that converts moisture contents into the current variation . These conductance changes cause changes and in turn output voltage variations proportional to the moisture contents of the sample of the grain ,read in mill volts scale, which is further calibrated and related to percentage moisture.
