(hand lay-up using matching mould) for jute polyester moulded
products such as pelmet, hand rail, door etc. mainly for commodity
use.
The process involves spreading catalysed
resin on the mould and jute fabric by brush and clamping for
pressure. After hardening the same it is demoulded, trimmed
and painted.
Areas of Application
Any product of internal can be made where high cost and strength
of glass is not justified. It would suit present fibre glass
moulders or those engaged in this line.
