Introduction

Complete pipe and profile production lines are offered in single and twin screw versions for pipes and profiles of polyolefins and vinyl plastics. They are backed by proven engineering experience of over a decade and are available in the widest range from simple single screw line for conduit pipes to a high-tech twin screw line for UPVC pressure pipes and also the triple wall foam core PVC pipes for demanding applications. These lines incorporating latest technological advancement are designed for absolute ease of operation and are the product of engineering excellence supported by stringent in-house quality standards and state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities coupled with unmatched after sale services and excellent process back-up from a team of qualified professionals. For lines to produce pipes upto 50 mm OD, a manual cutting saw is offered. However, for larger dia pipe lines, an automatic cutting saw is incorporated which incorporates carbide tipped rotary cutter for longer life and smooth and clean cut.

The clamping force and length of the cuts are adjustable and the entire cutting unit travels alongwith the pipe eliminating distortions in the pipe. Single screw PVC pipe plants are also offered in two different screw sizes for a pipe OD range from 12 mm to 75 mm. These are very simple lines incorporating a vacuum sizing tank, haul-off and manual cutter unit and tripping chute. Single screw profile lines are offered mainly to produce semi rigid foamed PVC profiles to be used as furniture trims and beading applications. These lines can also produce small casing and capping profiles as also the file clips.
