Monolayer Blown Film Line

Introduction

The offered blown film lines are backed by European experience of over three decades, the state of the art manufacturing facilities, unmatched after-sale services from a team of qualified professionals and stringent in-house quality standards. Designed for absolute ease of operation, these lines are offered in tailor made configurations to process LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, HMHDPE, Foamed LDPE, UPVC, PP to produce a wide variety of films ranging from a general packaging applications to stretch cling films, thermo shrinkable films, twist wrap films and lamination grade films. These lines cover a wide range of layflat widths from 25mm to 5000mm and outputs ranging between 8 kg./hr to 500 kg./hr and incorporate international brands of pneumatic/ electrical/ mechanical inputs and complies fully with EEC safety regulations and are CE marked at customer's option. Dual-lip cast aluminium air ring is precisely machined to give unmatched velocity uniformity and is suitable for wider range of resins and BURs.

On wide width lines, the Internal Bubble Cooling systems are optionally incorporated. Cage incorporates freely rotating teflon rollers and segment perfectly surround the film. The dedicated HDPE blown film lines are offered with internal bubble calibrator, iris ring and long collapsing frame for production of flat films. such plants are usually designed for higher line speeds to give improved output on thin films. The wide width film plants are offered mainly to manufacture agriculture mulch film and silage films or tarpaulins with widths ranging upto 10 meters in slit open condition. Plants with internal bubble cooling are also offered.

Oscillating die, screen changer, gusseting device are incorporated optionally.
