Introductin

The process involves two pack system for the synthesis of the pickling solution. In one pack, suitable inhibitor is provided to stabilised the bath, whereas the pack contains activator to enhance quick dissolution of oxide from the surface

A plant with a capacity to prepare 300 TPA of pickling solution costs Rs. 60 lakhs. ROI is 30% at selling price of Rs. 60,000/- per ton.
