for beneficiation of low grade bauxite ore (with ferruginous/silicious
impurities) for metallurgical refractory use.
Uses: Bauxite for production
of aluminium, abrasives, refractories, cement and chemicals.
Salient Technical Features:
Simple process for lowering of silica and iron and enrichment
of alumina.
Environmental Considerations:
No deletarious effects on environment from process rejects.

ore, flotation reagents (if required).

Crusher, Scrubber, Grinder, Magnetic separator, Flotation
unit, Filter, Thickener (a combination of one or more units
depending upon the nature of the raw material).
Techno-Economics: To treat
1 ton/hr, a capital cost of 180-240 lakhs depending upon the
unit operations required.
Technology Package: Raw
material evaluations, process know-how, technological flow
sheet with material balance, equipment details. Assistance
in setting up and commissioning of the plant on separate terms.
