Technology Description

The technology is an electronic sensor and supporting software that directly converts x-rays used in medical diagnostics into digital images. Using X-ray films for imaging is costly, time consuming, polluting and highly skill oriented. All the above issues are solved by the digital system.

Benefits

The advantages of the being digital are easy storage and sharing, instantaneous imaging saving precious time in accident (trauma) cases. The additional benefit from our product is reduced radiation requirement (25% reduction compared to competition in our beta version).

The other potential applications are in veterinary hospitals, industrial non-destructive testing and security systems (airports, bomb detection).
