Technology Description

The technology is a biological product and a process for the treatment of alkaline water water from textile industrial waste water. This process of treatment of alkaline waste water eliminates the use of acid for treatment. It uses bacteria and treats the water in lesser time. It is safe for environment as well as for industry workers.

Applications

Developed process employs use of bacteria in reducing high pH of industrial waste water. This know-how is useful for textile industries and alteration of the developed process can also be useful in Thermal Power Plants, Steel Plants, Pulp and Paper industrial sectors.

Benefits

Decreases the cost, energy, is safe to use and does not increase the load of total dissolved solids (there is no technology to decrease the TDS-reverse osmosis is not the solution), which thus increases the pollution load.
