Technology Description

The technology is an easy-to-operate, web-based ERP solution that is aimed for Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The term SME in India is used synonymously with MSME (the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises), and comprises enterprises with an investment of Rs. 2.5 Million to 100 Million.

ERP or Enterprise Resource Planning is an integrated software application that integrates internal and external management information across an entire organization, embracing finance/accounting, manufacturing, sales, warehousing and service, etc.

Being a software application program, the technology on which the ERP is based is fairly well known in the art and hardly a subject matter for getting a patent. Intellectual Property, though, can be created when some add-on features are developed over the basic model of the ERP, and which further stands the test of novelty, non-obviousness and industrial applicability.

The ERP developed by the innovator is based on the newly introduced Behavior Design Development (BDD) approach that encourages collaboration between developers, Quality Analysts and non-technical or business participants in a software project. This holistic approach results in the creation of a more agile and robust software system that has better capabilities to handle customer queries and mitigate them.
