Technology Description

New Water & Waste Harness System adopts vacuum filtration to remove suspended solids from the process water maintaining required flow rate while processing natural stones in a closed loop with limited water quantity.

(1) It aims to replace gravity sedimentation used by stone processors to conserve water and observe pollution abatement laws.

(2) The marble waste will find gainful utilization as rich source of Calcium Carbonate and improve economic performance.

(3) It will remove production bottlenecks experienced due to scarce fresh water resources and cost of drawing fresh water.

(4) It improves process conditions resulting into increased production and reduction in power and consumable cost.

(5) It makes it possible to put the stone sawing plants on wheels requiring transportation of sawn slabs for further process.
