Technology Description

Only machine can perform in the world for starch food grinding like tapioca and turmeric without using of water for grinding. The model has 100% pollution free operation and 250% power saving equipment in the world. The existing SAGO units in our country are using water (1:5.5) to grind the 1 ton of SAGO to produce 40,000 liters of effluents . The waste water is highly pollutant and they are posing problems to environment. The newly developed machine will solve the problem of pollution as it does not use water for grindings. Also the new machine will reduce electricity consumption. Invented model required 9 units of power to crush 1 ton of raw material. But, present equipment need /consume 31 units of power and 5.5 ton of water. The power recovery is 250%. It means that 3.5 ton of raw material to crush the same power in my equipment.
