Noddler is a voice application platform. It enables access to information and web services through a multi lingual voice based interface using mobile phones as the access channel. The Noddler platform is a Personalized Information and Transaction System. It was designed to bridge the information divide that currently exists for the vast rural population of India. It enables access to information and lets users carry out transactions by using mobile phones as the access channel and voice as the medium. It also lets businesses and organizations create multi lingual voice based services using Programming Interfaces, hence eliminating the need to share data with the telecom service providers.

Benefits

Current off-the-shelf speech recognition systems are known to be 85-90% accurate at best for english and this reduces tremendously for Indian languages considering the vast number of dialects. Noddler's patent pending algorithm optimizes the speech recognition systems to give accuracy in access of 92% with multiple Indian languages. Also, traditionally IVR and speech enabled systems are not designed to scale up rapidly as application development has remained a specialized skill in this sector. With Noddler's web based interface for voice application development, this aspect is best addressed.
