It will allow multiple users to have the same ID/User name thereby solving a lot of shortcomings of the present day internet and specifically the John Smith Problem

In the real world there are lots of individuals and businesses having the same Name, in the present system no two users are allowed to have the same URL or ID making it impossible to trace/locate them for interaction, this has to change, as it has also encouraged cyber squatters and they should be neutralized. It will enable convergence of technologies and solve the backend the address shortage problem for protocols.
