The process involves preparation of pattern and corrections, sample making, cutting of leather components, assembly and stitching of products, dying and finishing.

Minimum Economic Unit Size: 100 belts or equivalent/day .

Indicative investment: Rs. 15 lakhs.

Equipment and Machinery

Strap cutting machine, flat bed sewing machine, skiving machine, grinding machine, belt folding machine, splitting machine, etc.

Raw Materials: Leather, buckle etc.
