The main raw material is PP, which is injection moulded as per the size/volume requirements to make barrel and plunger. The moulded parts are then printed, assembled, packed, sterilized and packed. The hypodermic needles, butyl rubber gaskets etc, are sourced on ready to assemble basis. Machines required are injection moulding machines with complete accessories, dies and moulds, printing machines, assembling machines, packaging machines, sterilization chamber and final bulk cartoning machines, etc.
