Driver Reflexes Testing System

Introduction

The main causes of road accidents are lack of alertness, inadequate range of vision, poor time space appreciation, poor night vision and poor ability to recover from the effect of glare. To be safe and efficient, a driver must be in command of certain basic psycho-motor functions, which determines the driver’s decisions and judgment while driving.

The Reflexes Testing System evaluates the driving habits and reflexes through six reflex tests. An in-built printer gives the hard copies of the tests. These tests can help avoid many road accidents. The system scientifically and quantitatively gives the results of these tests.

The system is quite flexible and can be fitted in different kinds of vehicles, e.g. cars, buses and trucks. During the tests, various traffic conditions can be simulated and the examinee gets the feel of driving on the road under real driving conditions.
