Biomass Gasifier Systems

The systems are offered in hot gas, scrubbed gas and ultra clean gas modes for a variety of thermal and power generation application. These are available in different designs and series depending upon nature of applications. Output ratings cover a wide range: Thermal output of 100,000 to 1.25 million Kcal/hr. (Gas Energy Content), Gas flow rates of 100 to 1,250 Nm³/hr, electrical ouput of 40 KW to 500 KW (through gensets operating in dual fuel mode).

The gasifires are designed for wood biomass and incorporate a number of noval and proprietary features; a few of them are:

• Consistent operation with automatic control of combustion and reduction zones/temperatures through proprietary interventions and ingenious control strategies.
• Continuous operation of gasifier for power generation/thermal applications with innovative husk feeding and char removal strategies.
• High standards of tar cleaning to ensure trouble-free operation of even turbo-charged engines.
• Capacity turn-down capabilities (by a factor of two)
• Designed mainly to gasify the most abundant agricultural residue e.g. rice husk.

Captive power generation, grid connected power generation rural electrification, irrigation pumping, replacement of petroleum products for dryers, ovens, furnaces, hot air generators, boilers and waste disposal etc.
