Introduction

Dosa Machine is a patented design from CFTRI. This is the first of its kind and it lends itself for continuous production of ready-to-eat/serve Dosas, untouched by hand.

Special Features

The device is backed with variable speed drive arrangement and an effective control for LPG to select time, temperature and output combinations. The machine can be used for preparation of Dosas of different kind and sizes. It is most suitable for use in Industrial Canteens, Hotels, festivals, large gatherings etc., where Dosas can be prepared on a large scale.
