Sweet, Tasty and Hygienic Copra
Introduction
Dehydrated copra prepared under the new process will be sweet,
tasty, hygienic, free from additives including sugar, free
from foreign bodies and preservatives and presentable than
the existing ones. The process technology includes dehydration,
slicing and packing. Copra can be eaten as a fiber-rich confectionery.
It may also be added in other confectionery items.
Benefits
Commercially more viable exportable free from all biological
and mineral impurities that may happen during the process
of conventional dehydration using solar, electrical and other
means of power. Sweet presentable no discoloration free from
particles of dry moulds produced under high standards of hygiene.
