Blast Furnace Gas Dry Bag Dust Removal Technology

Introduction

This dust removal system is used in fine dry cleaning for high temperature gas from blast furnace. Therefore, physical energy of gas heat and pressure can be fully utlized. It is characterized by automatic and semi-automatic operation of the internal filter, below intake, high pressure difference intermittent reverse blowing system and pressured closed circuit reverse blowing means controlled by PLC programme with reliable operation and high dust removal efficiency (more than 99.8%). A mechanical system is used to discharge and transport of the dust collected by the bag deduster. In order to maintain continuous running of the bag deduster, gas temperature control device is installed in the system according to the material properties of the filter and requirements of process.
