NPK Mixing and
Granulation Plant
Introduction
Indian consultancy company offers to supply NPK mixing and
granulation plant on a turnkey basis. The process employed
involves rotary drum granulation technique for solid-solid
Mixing and granulation of various fertilizer raw materials
to produce NPK products of various grade, as mentioned below,
having uniform composition:

8 : 8 : 8
Various raw materials are crushed and
stored in respective service bunkers. These are weighed and
proportioned continuously and thoroughly mixed in a paddle
mixer. The blended material is fed to granulator and subsequently
dried and cooled in rotary equipments. The product is screened
before storage. Oversized and undersized products are recycled
back.
