It provides strong, permanent and economical roof / floor consisting of partially precast RCC joists supporting the prefabricated brick panels covered with 35mm thick cement concrete having suitable reinforcement.

System is ideally suited for providing durable and economical roofing / flooring in the low cost houses specially for economical weaker section of society in rural / urban areas.

Raw Mateials

Prefab brick panel and partially precast joist make use of burnt clay bricks, cement, sand, coarse aggregate and reinforcing steel as major raw materials.

Machinery/Equipment: No major plant, equipment and machinery is required
