Loan Amount Minimum: Rs.5 lacs and Maximum: Rs 500 lacs.
Tenor TL: upto to 5 years.
Pricing Max: BPLR        Min: 1.25% below BPLR
Security
  • Hypothecation of stock & Book debts and asset financed by bank.
  • Personal Guarantee of the borrower.
  • Collateral security upto 110% of the loan amount
  • Processing charges Upto 1% on the loan amount.

    Dealer Finance

    Eligible Segments Distribution chain partners comprising dealers, stockists, distributors, etc.
    Facility Overdraft, Cash Credit, Term loan, Other working capital facilities
    Purpose
  • OD/ CC: Working capital/ Meeting temporary mismatch of funds.
  • TL: Acquisition of fixed assets, renovation of premises, retiring of high cost debt, etc.
  • Other working capital facilities on case to case basis.
  • Loan Amount Minimum: Rs.10 lacs and Maximum: Rs 500 lacs.
    Tenor One year to 3 years.
    Pricing Linked to BPLR
    Security
  • Exclusive charge on all assets of the borrower.
  • Personal Guarantee of the borrower.
  • Collateral security as deemed necessary.
  • Processing charges Upto 1% on the loan amount.

    FUNDING UNDER Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGFMSE)

    Eligible Segments Should be a Micro and Small Enterprise (manufacturing / services) as defined under MSMED Act 2006.
    Purpose Working Capital & Term Finance for capex / takeover of existing loans
    Loan Amount
  • Minimum Rs.25,000.
  • Maximum Rs.50 Lacs.
  • Tenor As per the facilities requested.
    Pricing
  • Annual Service Fee and One time Guarantee Fee as specified by Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE).
  • Interest rate linked to BPLR.
  • Security
  • Guarantee cover from CGTMSE to the extent applicable on a case-to-case basis but not exceeding Rs.37.50 lakh.
  • Exclusive charge on current and fixed assets purchased out of Bank’s finance.
  • Personal guarantee of the borrower.
  • No collateral/ 3rd party guarantee will be taken.
  • Processing charges Upto 1% of the loan amount.

    DIRECT CREDIT SCHEME with SIDBI

    Eligible Segments All entities in the SME segment as covered under MSMED Act 2006.
    Purpose Working Capital & Term Finance capex / takeover of existing loans.
    Loan Amount
  • Minimum Rs.10 Lacs.
  • Maximum Rs.20 Crore.
  • Tenor Depending upon the nature of facilities.
    Pricing Linked to BPLR
    Security
  • Charge on fixed and current assets.
  • PG of the proprietor / partners/ promoter directors.
  • Processing charges Upto 1% of the loan amount. Service tax as applicable.

    PREFERRED CUSTOMER SCHEME – IDBI Bank / SIDBI

    Eligible Segments All entities in the SME segment as covered under MSMED Act 2006 having satisfactory relationship with either IDBI Bank or SIDBI.
    Facility General-purpose overdraft / short-term loan limit to be utilized as desired by the client
    Purpose
  • Non project specific expenses like adding / replacement of machinery, balancing equipment, renovation / additions to factory building, jigs / fixtures, computer hardware / software, WC margin needs, marketing related expenses, setting up franchise, brand building, execution of bulk orders, deposits for contracts, temporary shortage of Working Capital, etc.
  • Initial investments in new projects where full projects/ scheme has not been crystallized could also be covered under the scheme e.g. buying new industrial land or shed for expansion, etc.
  • Expenditure incurred 3 months before issue of offer letter by the Bank could also be considered.
  • Loan Amount
  • Upto Rs.200 lacs for customers of IDBI Bank.
  • Upto Rs.100 lacs for customers of SIDBI.
  • Tenor
  • Overdraft - 12 months.
  • Short Term Loan – 12 months with equal repayment & no moratorium.
  • Pricing Linked to BPLR
    Security Extension of existing security and Personal Guarantee.
    Processing charges

    Upto 1.00% of loan amount. Service tax extra
