Presses and Lines for Solder Wire and Extruded Sections
of Lead and Tin Alloys
Introduction
German company offers extrusion presses
and lines for solder wire as well as extruded (solid
and hollow sections) of lead and tin alloys as also
of Na, Li, Bi, etc. It can offer extrusion lines with
extrusion forces of 100 to 1,000 t for producing among
others: flux cored solder wire bars pipes windows anodes
lead sheathing The following extrusion presses are offered:
100 t lead and solder wire press, semi-automatic and
fully automatic 250 t lead and solder wire press, semi-automatic
and fully automatic 250 t long stroke press, fully automatic
500 t long stroke press, fully automatic 2 X 250 t lead
trap press for traps upto 4 inch diameter 500 t lead
pipes press for pipes upto 6 inch diameter 1,000 t lead
pipe press 100 t, 250 t, and 1,000 t lead sheathing
presses For processing sodium and lithium metals, the
presses offered are: 100 t sodium and lithium extrusion
press 250 t sodium filter press for filtering liquid
sodium 250 t extrusion press for sodium and lithium
sections The complete automatic 250 t solder wire line,
for example, consists of: 2 t melting furnace with agitator
and lead pump, automatic 6-billet casting machine, automatic
double shear, automatic 250 t solder wire extrusion
press and wire drawing machines.
Area of Application
Metalworking industry: Extruded sections
of lead, tin and other non-ferrous metal alloys, such
as Na, Li, In, Bi, etc. Solid sections: wire, rod, lead
window sections, anodes, strips Hollow sections: pipes,
flux cored solder wire and strip, lead cords for curtains
and fishing nets, lead sheaths for cables and rubber
conduits (for vulcanising)
