In Circuit Tester
Introduction
Korean company offers the technology of In-Circuit Tester.
The "TCO5" In-Circuit Tester manufactured
by the company can detect missing parts, wrong parts
and short/open failure on PCB and it also supports HP
Testjet Test. Therefore, it can detect open failure
between leads of QFP IC easily. TCO5 can find defected
PCBs and provide test reports. It supports `Fixture
Exchange Device' so anybody can exchange a fixture within
5 minutes. TCO5 has `Pin Contact Test' function to check
whether pin contact on PCB properly. Anybody can check
system error and know where errors are located, because
TCO5 has diagnostic function. TCO5 has 5 kinds of boards
in a system rack. There are I/F board, DC Meas board,
LC Meas Board, PCC Board, TestJet Board and MPX Board.
Usually TCO5 has a lot MPX boards in a rack.
