Technologies -Metallized Capacitor Making Plant
Introduction
A capacitor is an electric circuit element that basically
consists of two conductors separated by a nonconductor.
The capacitor is as important as resistor and inductor
in modern electrical and electronics equipment, particularly
in radio, telephone and television equipment. For example,
a typical television set has approximately 100 capacitors.
Capacitors are widely used because they can store electrical
energy in a circuit. Also, they are an essential element
in a tuned circuit. Capacitor come in many types, such
as ceramic capacitor, the paper capacitor, the plastic
film capacitor, the metal silicon dioxide silicon capacitor
and the metallized film capacitor. Each type has its
advantages depending on its application.
Areas of Application
The metallized film capacitor is mainly a miniature
capacitor. It has little change of value in its capacity,
a low dissipation factor, high insulation, high stability
and a self-healing quality which will automatically
fuse without explosion when the voltage becomes too
high and can not tolerate the capacity. For DC circuits,
the metallized film capacitor is mainly used in televisions,
telephones, correspondence equipment, precision instruments,
etc.

Terminal, lead wires; Fixed plastic; ABS plastic; Epoxy
resin; For DC circuit:- Metallized film; Polyester film;
CP wires; Epoxy resin
Techno Economics:
Production capacity: The plant equipped with the machinery
and equipment outlined in this proposal, is capable
of produce 660,000 pcs of metallized film capacitor
per month (based on 1 eight hour shifts per day, 25
days per month), 1,320000 pcs per month
