The technology is based on liquid
suspensions having agriculturally useful micro-organisms.
These free-living MO fix atmospheric nitrogen and solubilise
insoluble phosphates and make it available for the plants.Application
of these products can directly reduce use of chemical
fertilisers by 25% to40%. The products enjoy status
of biofertilisers but have many advantages over conventional
carrier based biofertilisers. It is environment friendly
& performs uniform results for all agricultural
crops.After reaching the soil, the dormant form gives
rise to active cells. These cells use carbon source
from organic carbon in the soil as root exudates of
the plant and secrete phosphatase enzymes which solubilises
insoluble organic phosphates in the soil to soluble
forms which plants can assimilate.
