Diagnostic kit for direct detection of Mycobacterium
Tuberculosis
Introduction
Thai University offers the diagnostic
kit is prepaed by well-trained scientist, using analytical
grade of reagents, and there is a quality control for
each lot before distribution. It can be used for detection
of M. tuberculosis DNA after in vitro amplication.
Area of Application:
The kit is used for direct detection of M. tuberculosis
from sputum samples.
Advantages: It
is ready to use TB-diagnostic kit providing all necessary
supplies which will facilitate the detection of M. tuberculosis
DNA by one-tube nested PCR in one and a half working
day.
