NPK Mixing and Granulation Plant
Introduction
Indian consultancy company offers to supply NPK mixing
and granulation plant on a turnkey basis. The process
employed involves rotary drum granulation technique
for solid-solid Mixing and granulation of various fertilizer
raw materials to produce NPK products of various grade,
as mentioned below, having uniform composition:

15 : 15 : 10
12 : 12 : 12
8 : 8 : 8
Various raw materials are crushed
and stored in respective service bunkers. These are
weighed and proportioned continuously and thoroughly
mixed in a paddle mixer. The blended material is fed
to granulator and subsequently dried and cooled in rotary
equipments. The product is screened before storage.
Oversized and undersized products are recycled back.

Return of Investment : 20 per cent per annum
