Aiada has had a major hand in making Adityapur one of
the foremost industrial areas in the country
Location
Situated just a few kilometers away
from Jamshedpur. Apart from Tisco & Telco, Large
Public and Private Sector industries like Bokaro Steel
Plant, Rourkela Steel Plant, Heavy Engg. Corp.
Ranchi, Hindustan Copper Ltd., Ghatshila, Uranium Corpn.
of India Ltd. Jadugoda etc. are not far away from the
Adityapur Industrial Complex, It is at the heart of
the Chhotanagpur Industrial Belt.
Land
Land which has been developed with all integrated utilities
such as power, water supply, Road communications network
etc.is available in the industrial area at the periphery
of each plot.
The Developed Plots range from 5000
sq. ft., 10,000 sq. feet, 15,000 sq. ft. 30,000 sq.
ft. to 45,000 sq. ft. To fulfill the special need of
entrepreneurs desirous of setting up larger industries,
bigger plots are also available based on the need of
the project.
Developed lands is made available
on a 90 year lease basis. Sheds for outright purchase
at concessional rate on hire-purchase are also available.
The covered areas of shed is 3,000 sq. ft. The
size of the mini shed is 450 sq. ft.
Water
The Sitarampur Natural reservoir supplies sufficient
water to meet the present daily requirement of 5 million
gallons.
Power
Uninterrupted adequate power supply is available to
each plot from the 150 MW BSEB Grid Sub-station which
has been installed in the heart of the industrial
complex. In addition to this, the Power Gird Sub-Station
having transformer capacity of 315x2 MVA to cater
to the growing needs of the industrial area.

Housing Colony Project
For the all-round development of Adityapur, the authority
has planned a new independent residential township.
The first phase of this sub-urban township, just 8 km.
from Jamshedpur, is now ready for implementation.
The 1500 acre are earmarked for residential and allied
social utilities, will eventually house a population
of 2 lakhs. Designed by the Consultancy
wing of HUDCO and the All India Housing Development
Association. 75 hectares of prime land is available
in plots of varying sizes to suit the entrepreneurs
budget and life-style.

art tool room is functioning in the heart of the Industrial
Complex under the INDO-DANISH assistance. Established
in joint collaboration of Govt. of India, Govt. of Bihar
and Govt. of Denmark at the cost of more than Rs.60
crores is equipped with most ultra modern CNC machines,
CAD-CAM facilities and suits the need of industries
in the field of Dies, Tools, Jigs, Fixtures of high
precision. It Imparts training in CNC, CAD-CAM
and other related fields. This trained manpower
is readily available.
